Patio & Timber Pergola

Project Overview

We were approached by these clients and asked if it would be possible to construct a seating area with a timber pergola at the highest point of there sloping garden, as it was the best location in the garden to sit and enjoy the summer sun whilst enjoying the views over open countryside..

So we constructed a retaining wall to the side of the existing fishpond and constructed a patio area (large enough for table and chairs or just seating) complete with a chunky timber pergola which the clients will grow climbers up over time which will provide soft foliage and scent to create a fantastic area to sit and enjoy the fantastic views whilst being able to listen to the running pond fountain, and enjoying a gin and tonic..
